Do I need Odoo?
Not always. If your operation is simple, or specific enough that forcing it into a standard system would create more problems than it solves, a lighter tool or a custom build usually wins. We tell you which one on the first call, before any proposal exists.

Who will I work with?
The people who scope your project are the same people who build it. There is no separate sales team, and no handoff to someone meeting you for the first time after the contract is signed.

How do you handle data migration?
We move everything that matters, your customers, products, stock and accounting history, and retire the old tool on the day you go live. For Auto Glass Force, that meant a complete QuickBooks migration with no gap in daily operations.

What does your pricing process look like?
Every project is quoted at a fixed scope before work begins, so the cost is agreed in writing, not estimated after the fact. What you pay depends on how many modules, how much data, and how much custom work your process actually needs.

How do you handle future version upgrades?
We check structure in a duplicate database first, confirm everything still works in a separate test database, then move to production only once both pass. Nothing reaches your live system until it has been checked twice.

Who owns the system?
Custom code written for you belongs to you. If Odoo is self-hosted, it runs on your own server, under your own control.

What happens after go-live?
Your team is trained before launch, not during it. The first month of support afterwards is free, so early questions don't cost you anything. After that, we agree on ongoing support terms based on what you actually need.
