1. Fixed-scope pricing
Every project is quoted at a fixed scope before work begins: the price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in writing first. Changes to scope are agreed before they're built, not billed after the fact.
2. One team, start to finish
There's no separate sales team and no account manager relaying messages. The people who scope your project on the first call are the same people who build it and support it afterwards.
3. A two-stage check before anything touches production
Version upgrades and structural changes are checked in a duplicate database first, then confirmed again in a separate test database, and only moved to production once both pass. Nothing reaches your live system without being checked twice.
4. Full data migration, no gap in operations
Customers, products, stock and accounting history move over, and the old tool is retired on the day you go live. For Auto Glass Force, that meant a complete QuickBooks migration across a three-location Odoo rollout, completed in six weeks with no gap in daily operations.
5. Trained before go-live, supported after
Your team is trained before launch, not during it. The first month of support afterwards is free, so early questions don't cost you anything. After that, support terms are agreed based on what you actually need.
6. You own what we build
Custom code written for you belongs to you. If Odoo is self-hosted, it runs on your own server, under your own control, not locked to us.
