Auto Glass Force: one system for three California locations
Auto glass repair and replacement in San Jose, Hayward and Concord, California.
The problem
The problem
Auto Glass Force ran three locations with no shared system. Jobs were scheduled over WhatsApp, which made double-bookings hard to avoid and left technicians without a clear view of their day.
Accounting sat in QuickBooks, apart from daily operations. Parts across three warehouses were tracked from memory. Insurance claims, a major source of revenue, lived in spreadsheets with no link to billing. The team spent hours each day moving information between tools.
- Double-bookings from WhatsApp scheduling
- Parts tracked from memory across 3 warehouses
- Insurance claims lived in disconnected spreadsheets
What we built
Six connected apps, one system

- A visual drag-and-drop calendar replaced WhatsApp scheduling.
- A custom quote calculator with VIN lookup, tax on parts only, labour rates by service type and location, and ADAS calibration fees.
- Technicians manage jobs, checklists, photos, e-signatures and on-site payments from a mobile browser, with no app to install.
- QuickBooks was retired, with a complete data migration on go-live day.
