The problem

The problem

Live inventory was tracked through weekly physical stock sheets, so numbers were always days out of date. When stock hit minimum, purchase orders had to be raised manually, and procurement spend, sales revenue and margin lived in separate places with no combined view.

  • Weekly manual stock counts
  • No automatic reordering
  • Financial picture split across tools

What we built

What we built

A full Odoo ERP rollout covering inventory, procurement and finance as one connected system.

  1. Inventory
  2. Purchase
  3. Accounting
  4. eCommerce
  • Live inventory replaced weekly physical sheet updates, with stock levels and movement history visible at any time.
  • Purchase orders auto-queue for approval once stock hits a minimum threshold.
  • Procurement spend, sales revenue and margin now sit in one unified financial view.

What changed

What changed

Zero manual stock counts, auto-generated purchase orders, and one unified financial view replacing three separate tracking methods.
