KPOGCL (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Oil & Gas Company Limited) needed an enterprise-grade ERP to bring finance, procurement, HR, and contracts into one regulated environment.

The Problem
As a provincial oil & gas enterprise, KPOGCL needed accounting, procurement, inventory, HR, payroll, and contract management to operate under one system with consistent controls and audit trails.
Running these functions on separate tools made it difficult to maintain consistent reporting and made cross-department processes, such as procurement-to-payment, slow and error-prone.
Our Approach
Afrixh implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP covering Accounting & Finance, Procurement & Inventory, and HR & Payroll, with Contract Management configured around the organisation's approval structures.
Custom workflows and integrations were built so that procurement, inventory movements, payroll, and contract milestones all flow through the same system with consistent records.
Results & Impact
KPOGCL now runs accounting, procurement, inventory, HR, payroll, and contracts inside one ERP environment with consistent workflows across departments.
Custom QWeb/XML reports give finance and management teams the structured reporting an enterprise of this size requires.
