Sapire Limited is a UK food container and packaging distributor supplying takeaways, cafés, restaurants, and wholesalers. Afrixh delivered both the public storefront and the backend Odoo ERP running the business, on a lean four-week, single-phase engagement.

The Problem
The client needed a professional online storefront and a working backend ERP live at the same time, on a tight four-week timeline with no custom development budget.
Product catalogue, pricing, and stock had never lived in one system, and B2B customers across retail, wholesale, and HoReCa tiers needed structured pricing without a spreadsheet sitting in between.
Our Approach
Afrixh delivered a standard Odoo Online build end to end: a branded eCommerce storefront under the Sapire name, backed by an Inventory module cataloguing the full food-container range across containers, clamshells, cutlery, bags, rolls, and cleaning supplies.
Two linked warehouses (stock and dispatch) were configured with an internal transfer route, alongside B2B pricelists and UK VAT rates so retail, wholesale, and trade customers are priced correctly automatically.
Results & Impact
The storefront and ERP share the same product, pricing, and stock data, so a change made once in Odoo reflects instantly on the website with no manual syncing.
The client went from no online presence to a live storefront and a fully configured backend covering the full 27-item packaging catalogue, inside the agreed four-week window.
